Fifth Grade Information

  • Students have been given folders to keep daily work and stay organized.  Pencils, erasers, and paper are also provided in the classroom.  They are more then welcome to use their own supplies if they wish. 
  • If  your child is absent, an excuse is required when he/she returns to school.
  • If your child is absent, please call the school and I will have his/her homework sent to the office for you to pick up.  It will not be sent home with another student unless your permission is given.
  • Scholastic book orders will be sent home monthly.  You do not have to purchase books.  If you wish to order books, please make the check payable to Scholastic Books.
  • Birthday treats - Due to food allergies, including my own, please do not send it anything containing peanuts or any other kind of nuts.  Also, if the treats are chocolate, please make sure they are individually wrapped.
