Is cursive writing introduced in second grade?

Yes, cursive writing is introduced after the Christmas holiday vacation.  
Students will learn the Palmer method, so please do not show them ahead of 
time.  This will only confuse them when the correct method is used.

Is technology used on a weekly basis?

Yes, a computer schedule will be made allowing each student to get on the 
computer to work on Odyssey every week.  A pretest and a posttest will show 
the progress made throughout the year.
