WYOMING AREA KIWANIS GRADUATE AWARD APPLICATION

Two awards of $500.00 each

The purpose of this award is to provide assistance to a Wyoming Area senior Key Club member who wishes to continue his/her education upon graduation.  The amount of the award is to be used to offset costs associated with studies at the school of the successful applicant's choice.

A Scholarship Committee comprised of members of the Wyoming Area Kiwanis Club will make the final decision on award recipients.

The award will be given on the basis of:

1. Scholastic results during the high school career.
2. Key Club, school and community service.

WARNING: Be sure to indicate on the first page(check off page) that you are applying for the Wyoming Area Kiwanis Scholarship.  Because this scholarship is so new to the web site, it does NOT appear on the CHECK LIST PAGE(page one) of the application.  You must add a box with a check mark for this award on Page one.
