Greater Pittston Chamber of Commerce Womens Network Scholarship

A scholarship has been established by the Greater Pittston Chamber of  Commerce Women's Network. A $500.00 scholarship will be awarded to a female Wyoming Area High School senior who meet the following criteria:

  1. The recipient shall have promoted the good image of the Greater Pittston Community and Wyoming Area High School through involvement in such areas as co-curricular activities and community services.
  2. The recipient must be accepted into a Baccalaureate Program at an accredited College or University
  3. The recipient must manifest good student conduct.
  4. The applicant must (submit a well-written essay (200-300 words) The topic:
" How I contributed to the positive image of Greater Pittston through community involvement."

Any senior who wishes to be considered a candidate for this scholarship must meet all of the above criteria.

The scholarship committee will evaluate all applicants essays.
