Welcome to Kindergarten! This is a new beginning for you and your child.
Your child will learn reading, writing and math as well as meeting new
friends.
I am looking forward to working with you, and I hope you and your child
will have an exciting and enjoyable year.
Although your child is in Kindergarten, you are still the most important
teacher in his or her life.
Here are a few ways you can help your child in school:
- Check your child's green folder daily.
-All assigned homework is stamped "Homework".
-Review homework with your child and be sure it is completed.
-Review the "Message of the Day" and any other work done in school.
-Check for notes from school.
-Read every day to your child.
If at ant time you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate
to send me a note or call me at 654-1404.
Students should arrive at school between 8:35 and 8:45 a.m. Your child
will be marked tardy after 8:50 a.m. Dismissal is 3:12 p.m. for bus students
and 3:15 p.m. for walkers.
Birthdays
We do celebrate birthdays throughout the year. You are welcome to send a
treat in on your child's birthday.
