H1N1 Vaccination November 9th During the school day.
Students MUST bring in the vaccination consent form that was mailed ASAP

Vaccine will not be in doctor's offices until after all the school clinics
are done.
If a student does not have their form in, they will not get the flu shot.
This is different than the seasonal flu shot. Forms will not be accepted the
day of.
