This is my ninth year teaching at Bishop England and my twenty-fifth year of
teaching. I attended Catholic schools in Philadelphia and then went to Eastern
Connecticut State University. I started my teaching career at Dorchester
Academy teaching 11th grade English classes. I then taught for two years at
St. John's School in North Charleston and ten years at Summerville Catholic.
During this time I went back to Charleston Southern University to further my
education before moving onto Bishop England.
My husband and I currently live in Moncks Corner on Lake Moultrie. My three
children graduated from Bishop England. My oldest son graduated from Clemson
and now works as a Civil Engineer, my daughter graduated from College of
Charleston and is a eighth grade math teacher, and my youngest son graduated
from Wofford College and is currently in Pharmacy School. In my spare time I
like to read and watch sports. My favorite teams are the Philadephia Eagles,
Duke basketball, and the Phillies.
