Birthday Celebrations
What an exciting day - a birthday is! In order to help
"celebrate" what is important on this day -I'd like to invite you (the parent)
to come in and share. Come and talk about the day your child was born. Did
they arrive on time, were they early or late. Did you know their sex before
they were born? What names did you consider and why did you select the name
you did? If you can come in on this special day, please let me know and I will
work with you to find a convenient time. You can share the "first" pictures,
baby hat or bracelet, a stuff animal or something else significant to your
child. If you cannot come, send in some of these items with a note, and I will
be happy to help your child share them with our class. Birthday snacks are
always welcome, however we ask that you not bring cake or cupcakes due to the
crumbs. Donuts, brownies and cookies, make for a great treat - and clean
up easily. Birthdays are meant to be special and we look forward to helping
celebrate your child! We hope you can join us!
