AT NO TIME SHOULD ANY STUDENT USE A CLASS ROOM COMPUTER TO LOG ON TO ANY MUSIC/MUSIC VIDEO/MUSIC LYRIC/ OR CHAT ROOM SITES! ANY STUDENT CAUGHT ON ANY OF THESE PROHIBITED SITES WILL RECEIVE A WRITE UP FOR VIOLATING THE AIKEN COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT INTERNET GUIDELINES. AT NO TIME ARE STUDENTS TO GO TO A PROHIBITED INTERNET WEB SITE WHILE USING A SCHOOL COMPUTER IN THIS CLASS!!!

*All class work and assignments are posted on the front board for each
days assignments. Remember at no time should any student be on the (INTERNET
OR GAMES) during class without special permission from the teacher. At NO
TIME are students to go to Music Video/Music Lyric/Radio or Commercial Web
Sites while in Mr Nelson's Keyboarding Class. Failure to comply with this
rule will result in disciplinary action as per the guidelines set forth by
the Aiken Count School District covering classroom behavior. No exceptions
will be allowed!!!

***********************KEYBOARDING CLASS STUDENT FOLDERS*********************
All students are to bring their Keyboarding-Two Pocket Folder to class every
day! Each student will place all class hand outs in the right side pocket of
their folder and will store all MicroType3/Check Pro or Check Pro Jr completed lessons should be
stored using the MicroType3 "Word Processing" feature & put into their individual student file &
listed by page number and/or title of the assignment for review & grading!

******MATERIALS/SUPPLIES REQUIRED FOR KEYBOARDING/COMPUTER APPLICATIONS******
Each student is required to bring to class the following items:
One (1) two-pocket folder
Lined note book paper in their folder
Pencil and/or pen with which to write
One (1) Packet of letter Size Plain White Copy Paper=(Buy the Cheapest 1)!
Optional items permitted but not required are:
One (1) Thumb Drive/Zip Drive/Flash Drive storage device

******************WELCOME TO ALL NEW 1st & 2nd SEMESTER STUDENTS*******************
Students who are behind in their class exercises have the option to come to my keyboarding class
at the following times: Most weekdays (Except Wednesday & Thursday @ 3:40 pm to 5:30 pm. Remember you must schedule an afternoon make up session (48 hours in advance). It should be stressed that this make up opportunity is at the teachers discretion and is subject to change at any time. It is the student's responsibility to arrange transportation home if coming in for an afternoon make-up!  It is the student's responsibility to make up any in-complete, missed or UN-finished
work regardless if it's due to illness, a personal matter, or for serving ISS OR OSS for this keyboarding class.Thanks to you all for your understanding!
