I attended the University of Vermont where I majored in English. Currently I
am working toward my masters. This will be my third year teaching at Bowdle
School. I enjoy teaching and am dedicated to helping students find ways to
succeed and learn. My goal as a teacher is to provide an environment that
empowers students to realize their potential and to engage students in their
education through active participation.
Outside of school I like to hike, garden, read, cook, and spend time on Lake
Champlain swimming and biking. I also like to travel and have spent time in
New Zealand, France, Jamaica, Tibet & Mexico. I have also had the opportunity
to do bungy-jumping and skydiving!
