PARENTS AND STUDENTS
CONTINUE WORKING ON LEARNING (MEMORIZING) MULTIPLICATION FACTS. Students
must know these facts in order to be successful in the material we are
completing the remainder of the school year as well as years following fourth
grade.
Each night students must continue to review multiplication
flash cards--learning (memorizing) them so that they know the facts without
needing to use "tricks" or count to find the answer.

Students completed pages 220-221-Fractions and Division
Home assignment--Students should complete page 146 and 148 from the Envision
Workbook.

Tuesday Feb. 14-In class students began completing pages
224-225-226--Equivalent Fractions.
Students have no home assignment.
Review all multiplication facts.

Wednesday February 15--In class students will complete page 226(27-34)
Students will also complete pages 222-223 Estimating Fractional Amounts.
Review all multiplication facts.

Parents,
Each day students have an assignment to complete, I tell them to work on
completing the assignment and if they come to a problem they do not understand
and no one is around at home to help, we will work together on that problem
the next day in class.
