Graduated from TTU with a BS in Elementary Education K-8. I am currently working
on my masters.
I taught kindergarten 1 yr. at Carthage Elem., taught at Sycamore Elem. for 2
years in grades 2nd and kindergarten, and 7 yrs. at Capshaw Elem. One year
in 2nd and 6 years in kindergarten.
My husband is David Maxwell and we just celebrated our 20 year anniversary.
We have 3 boys; My oldest son, Boston, is a Freshman at Maryville College this year running
on the cross country team. My middle son Brandon is in 10th grade, and my youngest
son Brent is in 7th grade.
I enjoy living in this community and getting to know my new students and
parents. I enjoy my responsibilities very much and will always
work with my parents to ensure ongoing progress is made with the
children.
Capshaw kindergarten will develop the whole child, socially, emotionally,
physically, and cognitively, in a developmentally appropriate environment.
