 Please work on these words with your child at home. Sight words are high frequency words often seen in print. Many of these words are difficult to sound out and often require some memorization. Sight word recoginiton is very important to reading fluency-the speed/rate at which your child reads. The better the fluency the easier it will be for your child to comprehend what is read.
