I have been teaching at DeKalb West School since 1992. I am starting my
15th year. I have taught Title Reading, 5th grade, 4th grade and now teach
3rd grade.This is my seventh year in third grade. I have a BS in
Elementary Education and a MA in Supervision and Administration from
Tennessee Tech. I also have teaching certification as a library media
specialist.I also have my real estate license. I have a daughter, Erin
Cantrell-Pryor, who attends DWS. She is in the 7th grade and a DWS
cheerleader. I am married to Edgar Pryor. I live in Smithville. My
parents are Burnace and Barbara Vandergriff. I enjoy sewing, reading,
scrapbooking, and being involved in my daughter's busy schedule of
activities.
I think school is a child's first job and should be the most important thing
they do. School should also be fun for each child, (me too)
