FSA Classroom Rules
1. Be in your seat with all materials and on task when the bell rings.
2. Respect the rights and property of the teacher, yourself, and others.
3. Cell phones and other electronics are not allowed in the classroom.
4. Follow directions the first time they are given.
5. No food or drink in the classroom (except plain water).
FSA Classroom Consequences

2. Pink Slip & contact parent
3. Lunch Detention
FSA Team Consequences
- After 3 pink slips
1. Letter to student, recommending behavior correction.
2. Meeting with student (Behavior Plan and Agreement).
3. Send to office.
FSA Re-Do Policy
Re-do is mandatory for D or F grades.
1. Students will only be allowed to re-do tests or major projects, not daily
homework or quizzes.
2. Students will be given one week from the return of the original test or
project.
3. The student will fill out the re-do contract (ask any FSA teacher for a
copy of this).
4. The student will keep the higher of the two grades.
5. The student must take and complete the first test or project in order to
be considered for a re-do opportunity.
6. The re-do opportunity must be completed outside of class time.
