This is my 22nd year as music teacher at Stuart School. I have taught a
total of 32 years in the Cleveland City School System.
I was born in Borger, Texas. After graduation from Borger High School, I
decided to attend Lee College where I majored in Music Education. I moved to
Cleveland when I was 18 years old and Cleveland has been my home since that
time.
I have a Master's Degree in Education and an Educational Specialist Degree
in Educational Leadership. It has been, and continues to be, a great joy to
teach music to the students that come through Stuart Elementary school each
year.
I attend North Cleveland Church of God where I am an active member. I am the
Director of the Academy of Arts at the church. I am also a member of the
adult choir.
I have two sons and they are both married. My oldest son, Jamie Jackson and
his wife Amanda live in Cleveland. They have two daughters Alex and Haven.
My Youngest son, Jeffrey Jackson is married to Emily and they live in Johnson
City, TN.
