 How long does it take to be a good welder????
Like anything,the more you practice the better you are going to be,usually 
two semesters and you should be pretty good.

Believe me after all these years,I wish I could tell you its easy,but I 
can't,Many times I go back to the book,and look things up too.But I seem to 
do pretty good,for an old guy.

This ones easy,I never give up,work hard at your profession or trade and you 
will MAKE IT.Learn everything you can about your trade,talk to as many 
people as you can about your trade,if you want to make it,everyone wants to 
help you.I've been lucky,many people have helped me along the way.

 Mr. Saunders have you always been a welder??
Yes I have,I started welding on my Dads farm in Elmira,New York in 1965 I 
was 15 years old,then I went to a vocational school in 1966 to 1968 to learn 
more about welding,and that is when I made up my mind to become a welder for 
my occupation.I've never been sorry that I picked welding as my trade.
