| Principles of welding is currently working on different weld types, such as
butt weld, lapp weld, t-weld, and corner fillet welds in the flat position
using E-6011 and E-7018 welding rods.Some 1st.semester students are welding
in the horizontal position.
Advanced welding is currently working on the automatic wire feed mig-welding
and some small projects around the shop,one of our Advanced students built a
real nice tree stand to Deer hunt from.We are also working on some overhead
mig welding,and some students are now on Heli-arc welding on alum. and
stainless steel.Great Bunch of kids doing a great job.
