PROJECT PAWS








       Our 5th grade at Hickerson Elementary has chosen to help the Tullahoma Animal Shelter by gathering needed supplies and monetary donations. An employee from the local shelter will be visiting the 5th grade to discuss what the shelter is all about and what WE can do to help them out. The students will make posters to hang around the school to request the support from other students, faculty, and parents. The students will also go around to the classrooms to pick up any donations that are sent in. Then, the students will display thank you notes on "paws" to be displayed in the school. I will take the items/monetary donations directly to the Animal Shelter.

Items Needed: old blankets, old sheets, old towels, dog treats, dog collars, dog leashes, silver food and water bowls, and monetary donations. Please make checks payable to the Tullahoma Animal Shelter.
