Students will have homework on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday nights.
Wednesday night is an "optional" night for those who choose to get ahead for
Thursday, but not required for church attenders.
Weekly Schedule:
Monday- spelling homework
Tuesday- math homework
Wed./Thurs.- reading and spelling homework
-Check take-home folders daily with your child. Homework for Monday and
Tuesday night will be sent home in this folder.
-Always finish any classwork that comes home in the "Unfinished Work" folder.
-Reading textbooks will be sent home on Wednesday and Thursday night, so
that students can read the weekly story in order to prepare for the reading
test on Fri. I send it home two nights, because many people go to church on
Wed. You can do what is better for you.
-Students should study spelling words throughout the week for Friday's test.

-Use addition flashcards to practice basic addition facts with sums up to 20.
-Use subtraction flashcards to practice basic subtraction facts with
differences up to 10.
