IN-STATE TUITION FOR OUT-OF-STATE DEGREE PROGRAMS NOT OFFERED IN TN:  
Academic Common Market (ACM) programs.  For those of you who may be 
unfamiliar with ACM, it allows residents of participating states to have a 
broader range of educational opportunities at in-state tuition rates.  Below 
is the link to the Academic Common Market website for Tennessee.  Remember, 
students attending out-of-state institutions through Academic Common Market 
or otherwise are INELIGIBLE for the HOPE scholarship.
