· Please practice letter naming, letter sounds and the Popcorn words with your child. These are very important skills we are working on in Kindergarten. Your child should be able to read the Popcorn words. They are called popcorn words because they POP up all over the place. You can practice these skills by making flash cards or by having your child point out the letters and/or words as you read a book together.
· Letter T Activity you can do at home: Have your child practice writing words that start
with Tt. ex. tap, tug, top, tin, try.
