Week of August 9-13
The assignments below will be for all reading classes this week.
Spelling: Monday Homework workbook page 2
Spelling words for the above week were given out on Friday and should be in
your child's notebook. The written Test will be on Friday, August 13th as
stated at the top of the spelling list.
Reading: Students will read the story "Frindle" and discuss story elements
of plot and character. We will also be doing a reader's theater activity
during the week. Students will have vocabulary words given on Monday that
will need to be studied for the Friday Reading quiz.
Reading Homework: Study your vocabulary words and re-read the
story "Frindle" on Thursday night to prepare for the test on Friday, Aug. 13.
