It is very important that your child have all supplies throughout
the year. We don't use markers that often but we do use the coloring
pencils and crayons DAILY. We create many illustrations to "show what
you know" !!!! Please make sure your child always has these
supplies. You may want to buy several boxes of items such as paper,
crayons, and coloring pencils to keep at your home so you can
resupply your child throughout the year. We will
use these supplies until the very last day of school so your child
will always need to be prepared!
The number one needed supply this year is the time you spend with
your child-- we can't have a successful year without it!
Agenda Book; you will purchase these at school for $6.00
2 Pocket Folders with 3 prongs: orange, red, blue, green, purple,
yellow (buy extras to
save for later)
1 two or three inch binder that will hold all
information/homework for all subjects.
We are doing alot of transitioning this year, decide how your child
can best transport red pens, dry erase markers, coloring pencils,
scissors and glue from class to class. That might be either be a
large pencil pouch (that fits in their binder or Trapper Keeper} or
pencil box that is carried with them. Students will not be allowed to
return to class for supplies or homework so they need to be organized.

2 Packs of Wide Notebook Paper
1 Pack of EXPO Dry Erase Markers with Eraser (black or blue is best)
1 Pack of markers, basic colors (optional)
2 Packs of Crayons, basic colors (buy several, bring one to school
and save the others for later)
2 Packages of Coloring Pencils, basic colors (buy SEVERAL, save some
for later)
1 package of construction paper
1 Roll of Paper Towels
2 Boxes of Kleenex
1 Pair of Scissors
1 Ruler
1 Package of No. 2 Pencils
1 Package of Copier Paper
2 Boxes of Baby Wipes (art class)
1 Package of Watercolor Paints (art class)
1 Package craft tissue paper
I can guarantee that your child will need his or her pencils,
folders, crayons, and glue replaced throughout the year so you may
want to buy duplicates. Please check with your child regularly to
see if they need any supplies as the school year progresses.
NO ROLLING BACKPACKS--- they simply don't fit into our lockers! (You
really shouldn't have that much homework!)

1 Hand-held pencil sharpener (NOT the battery operated one-- the .59-.79
cent ones, perferably one that holds the shavings as it sharpens.
Coloring pencils may not be used in the school sharpener.)
