Parents,
We have some great plans for this month. Our first field trip is Sept.
16th and we are going to the Lebanon Library for story time and then go to
Don Fox Park to eat our lunch. We will need 2 parents to go with us as we do
every field trip. More are always welcome but we can take 2 on the bus with
us.
We also have our first Parent Night Sept. 18th also at Don Fox Park. We
will have a free meal for you and your family as well as great entertainment
(your child). We have a little song to do for you which I think you will
enjoy! You will enjoy the information at these meetings as well as meeting
other parents and hopefully making friends.
As for our classroom, we will be doing several units this month. The
first is learning about ourselves - how we are all alike but also all
different. We'll celebrate those likenesses and differences! We will learn
about shapes, colors, and our senses. Please feel free to join us in the
room anytime!
Don't forget grandparents week at Sam Houston is Sept. 8 - 12th. Any day
we would welcome a grandparent to join us for a great lunch. Please let me
know if a grandparent is coming so I can order an extra meal.
