My name is Connie Kelsh and I feel honored to have the opportunity to teach
kindergarten at Byars Dowdy this year. I truly love kindergarten because it
is a year of substantial growth, both academically and socially.
Let me tell you a little information about myself. I am from California. I
grew up in Middle Tennessee. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Masters
degree from Middle Tennesee State University. This is my sixth year at
Byars Dowdy. Previously, I taught for Metro Nashville Schools for 15 years.
My interests include my family, pets, running, boating, and wakeboarding. I
also enjoy traveling and reading.
Class Mission: For each child to enjoy learning and reach his or her
maximum potential.
