--------------------------------------
Does a parent need to sign their child in everyday?
A parent or guardian must sign their child in daily. Older siblings cannot sign in for the parent.
--------------------------------------
Can I eat lunch with my child?
Yes. If you would like to eat lunch please let the teacher know the day before so they can notify the
cafeteria.
--------------------------------------
Where do I pick my child up in the afternoon?
Pre-k dismisses in the front of the school at 1:30. A teacher will walk your child to your car and you
can sign them out.
--------------------------------------
Can my child bring a lunch or snack from home?
No. All pre-k children eat breakfast and lunch family style in the classroom each day. This is a learning
experience for the children so we do not allow parents to pack their child a lunch. We also provide a
healthy snack for each child daily.
--------------------------------------
Can a parent bring a sibling on a field trip if chaperoning?
This is discouraged. When a parent volunteers to go on a field trip they are agreeing to chaperone the
children and help the teacher. This is hard when there are other children to watch on the trip. Also,
siblings cannot ride the bus with the student to the field trip destination.

Can a parent come and visit thier child in the classroom?
Yes. We do ask that if you want to come and observe your child in the classroom or help the teacher
you schedule this ahead of time to avoid any schedule conflicts. Parent must sign in at the front office
before coming to the classroom!
