We will be reviewing reading about Thanksgiving this short week and discussing what we are thankful for.
On Monday, November 30th, we will be discussing different types of weather including sunny, cloudy, rainy, stormy, and windy days.
Alphabet:
This week we will be reviewing the alphabet, reading alphabet books, and singing alphabet songs to continue to help us learn all the letters.

What kind of weather do you like best? What can you do on that kind of day?
Make Believe Play
We are continuing our study of restaurants. TAll centers are now open: drive thru at McDonald’s, dine-in restaurant at Our Place, a pizza parlor at Pizza Hut, an ice cream and candy shop at The Little Sweet Shop, a fast food restaurant at Chick-Fil-A, and a school cafeteria at Coles Ferry. Students are planning where they want to go, who they want to be, and what they will do there.
Vocabulary and words we are learning include hostess, server, cook, customer, manager, and cleaner.
Parent/Child Time:
Play a Thanksgiving memory game. Begin by telling your child what you will eat on Thanksgiving. Ask your child to repeat what you will eat plus what he or she will eat. Continue by adding to the menu but name all previous items as well. Enjoy!
