Can you believe that it is the last week of August? I am ready for summer to be over, but it seems like
we should still have some time before Labor Day this weekend.
It is hard to believe that this Wednesday is the middle of the first nine weeks. I will send home a
progress report Tuesday, September 6th with our weekly newsletter.
I hope you are enjoying the “Snuggle Up” books. It is so exciting when they return the book and are
excited to read it to me. I love to see when they realize they can read!
I will be sending home yellow Homework Folders on Tuesday. There will be a note explaining the
sheets inside. I will also go over it with the kids.
HELP PLEASE!
This group is awesome! They are doing so well with their behavior and I want to reward them, but I
am in need of new or gently used toys. Our treasure box is not full of treasures. If you have any toys
you would like to donate please let me know or send them in. Thanks.
Have a blessed week-Staci Smith
