Thank you for visiting my home page. My first year with Castle Heights as the assistant principal was 
a wonderful experience. Castle Heights is a successful school because the teachers and staff are 
dedicated to their role of educating our children. 
Our school cares about each and every student, and believes that each individual is capable of 
learning to be a productive citizen in the future.

 I received my bachelor's degree from Middle Tennessee State University and master's degree from 
Tennessee Technological University. I began my teaching career at Tuckers Crossroads School and  
most recently  taught at Walter J. Baird Middle School.  I have been married for twenty-two years and 
have three children. I am a native of Lebanon where I attended the schools in our community. I 
believe that Lebanon is one of the  best places to live and raise a family.

The mission of Castle Heights Upper Elementary School is to provide knowledge and skill for 
students to make appropriate academic and social choices that will positively impact their promotion 
to future academic levels.

Our vision for Castle Heights is to be a school that is committed to meeting the individual academic 
and social needs of our students.
