HOW CAN I SIGN MY CHILD UP FOR AFTER SCHOOL?
You can sign your child up for afterschool in the beginning of
every school year. If you are a drop in or coming on board in the middle of
the school year you must fill an application out. You will see a $5.00 app.
fee on your statements. It must be paid. (ALL CHILDREN ENROLLED IN THE AFTER
SCHOOL OR SUMMER PROGRAMS MUST BE FIVE (5) YEARS OF AGE AND ENROLLED IN KINDERGARTEN.)
WHEN DO I PAY?
You may never get anymore than 2 weeks behind. You may pay in the
afternoons or send a marked envelope with your child's name on it
and have it marked After School or Kim Wilson.
CAN MY CHILD HAVE TOYS OR CELL PHONES?
NO. I ask that they keep those items at home or in their backpack.
If they are caught with cards,toys,cell phones,Ipods or whatever it may be,
we have the right to take these items up and they will be returned when you,
the parent, come to get them. If it continues to happen, immediate action will
be taken. I, nor my staff, will be held responsible for lost, stolen or broken items.
HOME WORK?
Every child gets a chance to do homework or any studying needed in After School. We also have teachers who tutor through the year
as well. We call for homework everyday! If you wish your child to do homework, just let us know and we will do everything in
our power to see that it is done. Now, it will be up to the parent to check their child/children's homework when they get home.
We will help if they need it, but things go at a fast pace here and we have several children who attend. It makes it impossible
to sit down and check everyone's homework. If you wish for your child to receive tutoring, please talk to your child's teacher.
SUMMER CAMP?
Summer Camp is provided for children who are already enrolled in our After School Program. (They must be enrolled
in the After School program before March 16, 2012) I only accept @65 children in the summer. Children who attended last years
Summer program have reserved spots. I will take other children who qualify if all spots are not filled.
BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL FEES? (IF YOU ATTEND BOTH)
Our BEFORE SCHOOL PROGRAM is from 6:10 - 7:10 each day school is in session. The fee is $2.00 a day per child. This fee will
be charged to any children who come into the school between these times. Please keep in mind that even though you did not fill
out an application, a statement of these charges will be sent home with your child. These charges must be paid. If your child
attends before school and after school in the same day, the before school charges will be dropped and the after school fee will
be charged. If your child attends before school one day and after school on another, the fee will be $7/child and so on.
AFTER SCHOOL/SUMMER FEES?
*Prices for 1 child are as follows: 1 day $5.00, 2 days $10.00, 3
or more days will be considered a Full Week $25.00 *Prices for 2
children are as follows: 1 day $10.00, 2 days $20.00, 3 or more
days will be considered a Full Week $40.00. *Prices for 3
children are as follows: 1 day $15.00, 2 days $30.00, 3 or more
days will be considered a Full Week $55.00. **Summer Fees: 1
Child $100.00, 2 Children $180.00 ($100 for 1st & $80 for 2nd), 3
Children $250.00($100 for 1st, $80 for 2nd & $70 for 3rd)
**NO PART-TIME & FEE MUST BE PAID WEEKLY**
