Hi! My name is Mrs. Melody! I was born a long time ago in Kansas. I have
also lived in Missouri and Arkansas. I married Mark Kirkpatrick 20 years
ago. We have two awesome boys: Andrew is a junior at GCHS. Nathan is in 7th
grade at Dyer School. We live in Dyer, Tennessee.
I went to college in Missouri and received my degree in Music. I added
education requirements and starting teaching music in public schools in 2003.
I taught 3 years in Arkansas (K-12) before we moved here.
I'm so excited to teach students the love and appreciation of music. We
will participate in many musical activities to learn our state standards for
music. I expect everyone to make this a great year!
