| Dear Parents,
Our Veteran's Day Program was heart rendering. The children's song was
beautiful. We had between 80-100 Veterans present. Taylor Catlett's essay was
selected as the top winner. She did a great job reading it, too.
Congratulations! Grace Warrington turned in a fantastic essay from our room as
well! We thank all of our Veterans abundantly for their sacrifices and the
gift of freedom.
Don't forget to sign up for Thanksgiving Day lunch if you plan to attend.
It is by reservation only! Our deadline is approaching quickly.
Please, remember to sign the planner daily, the folder weekly, and send
me a note if their dismissal routine changes, even for one day. All ice
cream and snack money are kept by the students until they purchase these
things themselves. Mrs. Janet from the cafeteria requests that you place
lunch money in an envelope or zip lock bag with the child's name and teacher
on it. It helps to put the amount on it too. Most of you are doing a great
job remembering these things!
