Read "An Egg Is An Egg". See the vocabulary words and definitions for the
tests on Friday. Complete math sheet 65b. Return the note about your chosen
breakfast item for our party. Tomorrow we will be visiting Santa's Gift Shop
during our library time. If you would like to send any money, please do so.
Also, tomorrow we will have our First Grade Musical at 6:00. Please make
sure to dress in Christmas colors.
December 8
1st Grade Christmas Musical at 6:00 in the gym. Meet me in our classroom
around 5:45. Read "An Egg Is An Egg". Study your vocabulary words and
definitions. We will not be doing any more decodable readers this year.
Instead, each child will be taking home a leveled reader. These books need
to be read (not signed) and returned. The following day they will take an
accelerated reader test on the computer for a grade. Complete math sheet
66b.
December 9
Read "An Egg Is An Egg". Study your vocabulary words and definitions. No
math sheet tonight. If you did not return your leveled reader, please do so
tomorrow. Tomorrow will be our last day to visit Santa's Gift Shop, so if
you would like to purchase anything, please bring your money. Also, don't
forget to return your note indicating which item you can bring to our
Christmas party. :)
December 10
Read "An Egg Is An Egg". Study your vocabulary words and definitions for
tomorrow's tests. Read your leveled reader and return tomorrow so you can
take an A.R. test on the computer. Complete problem solving math sheet.
Remember that those who have made Christmas lunch reservations come eat with
us at 11:45 tomorrow. We always look forward to our holiday meals with
family!
December 11
Christmas lunch at 11:45 for those with reservations. Have a wonderful
weekend! If you have not brought in your boy/girl gift and stocking stuffers
yet, let's try to have these turned in by Tuesday, December 15th. Also, if
you haven't turned in your Christmas breakfast note, please do so by Monday.
This will let me know what I need to prepare to get myself. Thank you sooo
much for everything you do as parents!
