During the week of November 30-December 4th we will be focusing on the
letter Jj. We will learn to identify the capital and lower case form of the
letter, the sound for Jj and we will think of words that start with the sound
of Jj. Please help your child find something at home that begins with the
sound of Jj to feed to AZ (Ariel Zipster our alphabet eater).
Our theme for the week is "Clothes for All Seasons." We will be talking
about appropriate clothing for the different seasons. In Math we will learn
about the number 10 and make the final page in "My Book of Numbers". We will
also review ordinal numbers, order things from shortest to longest, and
and practice position words. We will be working on some seasonal projects
during our Units time.
Report cards will go home on Monday, November 30th. The PTO will have
the Mega Party for the students who qualified on Thursday, December 3rd.
Please remember that we will dismiss early (11:30) on Friday, December 3rd.
