Girls and Parents-
Please look and print the cheer calendar, there have been several changes to football and
basketball seasons. The football schedule has been added. Hornet night for football and softball
seasons are on Monday, August 11th at 6:30. We do not have tickets yet, but will soon.
We are very proud of how well you did at camp. We had four girls make All-Stars and have a chance
to go to Florida to march in a parade with UCA. Shelby McMinn, Megan Mills, Tori Robbins, and.., our
team won the camp leadership award, 2nd place in our extreme routine. We had two girls that made it
to the final 5 (one was a high school girl) in a jump off (out of about 150 girls)-they were Shelby
McMinn and Megan Mills. We also won the 3 superior ribbons during our daily evaluations. The one
thing the girls were most excited about winning was the "Banana" the inflatable banana that only one
squad a day could win for have the most school spirit. Humboldt Vikings chose us the second day.
