On Tuesday, February 23, 2010, Meigs Latin students went to Hume-Fogg to compete in the
Midstate Latin Tournament. A dozen schools including Hume-Fogg and Martin Luther King
participated. Meigs students placed in the top five in eight academic contests. They also placed in
the top five in creative and graphic arts. Overall, Meigs finished 2nd behing Hume Fogg. Miss
Marable is very proud of her Latin students. Individual awards are as follows:
