I am a graduate of Milan High School and have lived in Milan most of my
life. I attended the University of Tennessee at Martin where I received a
Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and a Master of Science
degree in Educational Administration. I taught at Trinity Christian Academy
in Jackson for 2 years, and have been teaching in Milan for 7 years. My
husband and I have 2 children, a daughter, Jaclyn who is 5, and a son, Dustin
who is 3.
The mission for my class is to involve students, families, MES faculty and
staff, and community in providing an inviting, safe atmosphere in which
students can achieve their full potential intellectually, socially,
emotionally, physically, and morally.
