This is my fifteenth year of teaching. I have two children of my own...Nick
is ten and in the fourth grade. My daughter, Kylie, is five and in
kindergarten this year.
I received my bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from the University
of Tennessee at Martin in December of 1996. In August 2006, I completed the
master's program at Trevecca Nazarene University in Educational Leadership.
Before teaching at Milan, I taught seven years at Rutherford Elementary in
Rutherford, TN.
The mission for Milan Special School District is to involve students,
families, MES faculty and staff, and community in providing an inviting,
safe atmosphere in which students can achieve their full potential
intellectually, socially, emotionally, physically, and morally.
