My name is Lorie McCaskill and I have taught in Grades K - 2 for 21 years.
This is my 11th year teaching in the Milan School District and has been my
most enjoyable teaching experience thus far. I attended Freed-Hardeman
University in Henderson, TN and received my BS in Elementary Education. I
am a Highly Qualified teacher with the state of Tennessee. I have been
married to Richard McCaskill for 28 years. He is a Business Banker
for Regions Bank. My youngest son, Blake is attending Harding Graduate School
of Religion in Memphis. My oldest son, Brett is employed by Wal-Mart. I have
1 grandson, Kaleb and he is 3 years old. He makes life happy for me. Richard
and I reside at 3072 Salem Street in Milan.
The mission for my class is to involve students, families, MES faculty and
staff, and community in providing an inviting, safe atmosphere in which
students can achieve their full potential intellectually, socially,
emotionally, physically, and morally.
