I am married to Mark Brasher and we have two sons, Jesse and Jordan.
Jesse, in 8th grade, and Jordan, in 11th grade, love to play sports and
video games. My husband loves fishing and exploring, and we all enjoy
traveling. My hobby is scrapbooking about the things we all do. We have a
black lab named Jasmine, and she is about 8 years old.
I received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Union University and later
received my Tennessee Teaching Certificate in Early Childhood Education. I
previously worked as a Social Worker.
This is my seventh year to teach (all years at Milan), and my 4th year to
teach 1st grade. I taught PreK three years, and I am considered to be Highly
Qualified by the State of Tennessee Department of Education. I am proud to
teach at the best school in the world!
