This is my sixth year to teach at Milan Elementary School. However, this is
my 15th year in education. I received my bachelor's from Union
University, my master's deree from Cumberland Univeristy, and my +30 from
Walden University. I have taught third grade in Humboldt City
Schools and fifth grade in the Bradford Special School District before
coming to Milan to teach. I have two very special children. My oldest son is
Hunter and my youngest son is Fisher. Hunter is entering the 7th grade and
Fisher is entering 3rd grade! My wonderful husband of sixteen years is
Jon. He is employed with the MDPU as a certified lineman.
I am very excited to teach your child. I truly love teaching. Thank you for
sharing your child with me. We are going to have a fun and adventurous year!!!
The mission for my class is to involve students, families, MES faculty and
staff, and community in providing an inviting, safe atmosphere in which
students can achieve their full potential intellectually, socially,
emotionally, physically, and morally.
