I have been teaching students for 20 years. I have teaching experience in
Mississippi and Tennessee. I received my Bachelor's in Education from Delta
State University in Cleveland, MS and my Master's in Curriculum and
Instruction (endorsement in Special Education) from UT at Martin in Martin,
TN. I am also Highly Qualified by Tennessee standards.
I am currently a co-lead special education teacher at Milan Elementary School
where I handle teacher/parent referrals for special education needs based on
learning disabilities, health impairments, emotional disturbed and various
other disabilities. I will also be team teaching in an inclusive setting in
second grade reading with
Ms. Tonya Taylor.
I am married to Paul Blair. We have been married for 20 years and have two
wonderful children, Hannah and Drew. Hannah is a senior this year at Milan
High School and Drew is a sophomore.
Every student is able to learn and achieve at his/her level.
