Mrs. Hearn grew up in Milan and attended Milan schools. After grading from UT
Knoxville with a B.S. in Education, she taught two years in North Carolina.
Mrs. Hearn has been a librarian in the Milan schools for 3o years.
She is married to Wick Hearn, and they have three grown children. The Hearns
enjoy their yellow lab, their two cats, their six grandchildren, and taking
trips on their motorcycle.

The Milan High School Library Media Center is an integral part of the
instructional program at Milan High School, dedicated to providing our school
community with the best possible resources and services. Our mission is to
promote active learning by assisting students and staff to access, evaluate,
and utilize information (print and electronic) to become life long learners.
