MISSION:
The mission of the Human Resources Department is to recruit and retain employees with skills and abilities to accomplish the purpose and goals of the Milan Special School District while providing needed information and making it readily available for all current employees. Human Resources achieves this by serving as a strategic player with other school personnel and providing quality leadership, technical assistance and accurate information. This mission will be achieved with a constant focus on continuous process improvement.
