OUR STAFF BELIEVE THAT-
All students can learn, achieve, and succeed. Students learn in different ways. Students learn best when given experiences that develop self-discipline, self-reliance and self-confidence. A safe and physically comfortable environment promotes student learning. Students learn best when they have appropriate opportunities and materials for success. And last, extracurricular activities promote self-esteem and positive interactions.

To YOU, the students of MILAN HIGH SCHOOL, our faculty, and staff, we the administration extend a warm felt WELCOME. It is a privilege to serve as principal of Milan High School. Our school is a place where opportunity waits for everyone. Our ultimate goal is to prepare students for college and the workforce. Our faculty and staff members play an important role with helping our students reach their full potential. We are fortunate to have such an awesome and experienced staff that is open to new and exciting ideas. We work diligently to insure quality education through effective and best practices for all students. Students at Milan High School have traditionally shown high standards of performance in academics, sports, behavior, and other activities. MILAN SPECIAL SCHOOL DISTRICT School Closing and Events Hotline

We have the Volunteer Hotline available to the Milan Special School
District. This is a free service sponsored by Volunteer Communications. The
number is 731-723-4000. The district has extension 6; then press 1 for MES,
2 for MMS, or 3 for MHS.

The hotline will inform you of school happenings and events.

In addition, any of the school extensions will have school cancellation
information as soon as a decision is made to cancel school.
