Students will be out of school Friday Feb. 17 for PD and
Monday, Feb 20 for President's Day.

MATH:
Calculators allowed on TCAP:
Students will be allowed to use a calculator on TCAP, providing they have
used a calculator in class.
The one we are currently practicing with and has been approved by the state
is the (TI 30X II S).
ICU - All students will be required to complete all
assignments and master the skill/s on each assignment. Any student who fails
to complete an assignment or master the skill on an assignment will be placed
on the ICU list.
AFTER-SCHOOL:
Tutoring:
The After-school tutoring program will be offered to students who score below
the 50% tile on 2011 TCAP. These students will meet on Mondays and Thursdays
until 4:30.
Saturday School:
Students on the ICU list may be placed in Saturday school in order to
complete missed work or work on mastery of skills.
Students may come to Saturday School for extra help in any subject,
especially math. Any student who would like to come to Saturday School for
extra help may ask to be added to the list.
EXTRA HELP:
Any student who would like help on homework may come to my room on
Mon. - Thurs. mornings at 7:10 until 7:40 to get extra help. See me for hall
pass or note.
