Assignments will be written on the board when they are made. Students are
expected to copy the assignment in their agendas. Please check on a daily
basis to see that your child has his/her work. The agenda will be one way
that I will communicate with you. I will list below the assignments for the
week. Please note that I teach both 5th and 6th grade classes. Be sure you
look at the correct grade level.
6th grade:
We will not have a reading story this week.
* Students will be required to have 12 AR points this six weeks.
Please encourage your child to read each day.

We are reading the novel, Shades of Gray, for the next couple of weeks.
* Students need to continue reading in AR book (10 points are required).
Reading objectives:
