3. As soon as the bell rings, begin working on the bellringer assignment.
4. If you are well prepared, there is no need to talk to classmates. I will notify you when you may talk.
5. LISTEN to directions carefully. READ directions carefully. If you need more explanation, listen to the teacher completely before raising hand to ask.
6. Be respectful to all others and all property.
7. Gum, snacks, and drinks are priveleges that are earned with responsibility and maturity. The teacher uses her discretion with each class.
Grading
You will be graded academically on several levels. They are as follow:
Class participation (it shows off your listening and comprehension skills)
Finish daily assignments (evidence of your work ethic)
Tests (evidence of your pride, listening, efforts, understanding, and ability to apply your skill)
Projects (more of the same plus your artistic abilities)
Beware! Incomplete is assigned to all work that is not finished. It equals a zero. Two zeroes can cause a letter grade to drop.
AS OF SECOND SEMESTER, NO LATE WORK ACCEPTED WITHOUT EXCUSED ABSENCE.
