*Two good teacher recommendations - 50 points possible

In all areas I am looking for people that pick up quickly and have
potential. I do not expect everyone to have everything perfect – only to
attempt everything. There is a possibility that I will ask you to do
something twice or to do something extra. I am looking for at least 10
people. I will cut the list off if there is a large gap in scores. Attached
you have an Audition Technique sheet. All technique listed above will be
covered during tryout week.

You will learn a hip hop dance and/or a jazz dance during tryouts.
I expect everyone to make up a dance with a minimum of 4 eight counts and a
maximum of 8 eight counts. This should display your skill in dance,
creativity and dance technique. It can be modern, jazz, hip hop,
contemporary jazz, etc.
You will perform your dance alone and perform the tryout dance in a group of
three. All technique will be performed alone.
There is a possibility that there will be a cut if we have over 30 people
trying out.

*Tryout dance(s)
* Your dance

Your personal dance music must be on CD and handed to the helper as soon as
you enter the floor. Please place your name on your cd.

If you have questions please email me at daltond@wcschools.com or you may
